  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 of the fruit

    Mix all ingredients as you add them.

    Bake in a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes, or until done.

    The batter is very stiff.
