Directions

   Line baking dish with crushed Oreo cookies.

   Cream the cream cheese and margarine.

   Fold powdered sugar in Cool Whip.

   Mix Cool Whip mixture with cream cheese mixture.

   Spread over Oreo cookies. Whip instant pudding with milk for pudding.

   Add vanilla.

   Spread over second layer.

   Save small amount of Cool Whip and spread over top.

   Use Oreo cookie crumbs or chocolate shavings to sprinkle on top.
