Ingredients: 1 c. juice (given to you by a friend from her cake); 1 c. sugar; 1 c. chopped peaches; 1 c. chopped pineapple; 1 c. sugar; 1 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half; 1 c. sugar; 1 c. Wesson oil; 2 c. sugar; 3 eggs, well beaten; 3 c. self-rising flour; 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 1/4 c. flour; 1 tsp. vanilla

2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix together juice (given to you by a friend from her cake), 1 cup sugar and peaches.

Stir and let stand 1 week.

Add pineapple and 1 cup sugar.

Add cherries and 1 cup sugar.

Stir and let stand 1 week.

Drain fruit through a large strainer.

Reserve juice to give to a friend for a cake.
