- 2 c. pinto beans
- 6 c. water
- 2 lb. soup bones
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 peppercorns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- green chilies
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- Doritos or Fritos
- grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Soak pinto beans in water for 3 hours.

2Simmer soup bones, celery, onion, peppercorns and salt with beans for 3 hours. Remove bones and add stewed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, green chilies and chili powder.

3Simmer 2 hours.

4Serve with Doritos or Fritos, crumbled in bottom of bowl and topped with grated Mozzarella cheese.
