  • 1/2 kg Gram Flour / Grabanzo Bean Flour
  • 3 medium Potato
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 each Green Chilli
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp White Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriandar Seeds

    In a mixing bowl, put in gram flour.

    Add enough water to make a thick paste.

    Remember, the mixture should NOT be runny.

    It must have a thick consistency

    In the mixture, add all spices.

    Set away for half hour

    Meanwhile, dice potatoes.

    Dices should be small.

    also chop onions and green chilies

    After half hour, add the vegetables mentioned in above steps into the mixture

    Bring oil to heat in a wok.

    In hot oil, using a spoon, toss the mixture.

    Keep them medium sized

    Fry the fritters till they are golden brown

    Dish them out on a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb excess oil

    Serve hot with a ketchup dip
