- 1/2 kg Gram Flour / Grabanzo Bean Flour
- 3 medium Potato
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 each Green Chilli
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 2 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp White Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriandar Seeds
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, put in gram flour.

2Add enough water to make a thick paste.

3Remember, the mixture should NOT be runny.

4It must have a thick consistency

5In the mixture, add all spices.

6Set away for half hour

7Meanwhile, dice potatoes.

8Dices should be small.

9also chop onions and green chilies

10After half hour, add the vegetables mentioned in above steps into the mixture

11Bring oil to heat in a wok.

12In hot oil, using a spoon, toss the mixture.

13Keep them medium sized

14Fry the fritters till they are golden brown

15Dish them out on a plate lined with tissue paper to absorb excess oil

16Serve hot with a ketchup dip
