Ingredients

  • 2 cans beer
  • 1/4 c. Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 c. water (enough to completely cover all ingredients)
  • 2 lb. fresh jumbo shrimp (in shells)
  • 2 Hillshire Farm lite smoked sausages (use 1 hot smoked sausage if desired)
  • 12 mini ears corn

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large 6 to 8-quart pot. Bring to boiling and boil 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add corn and sausage; bring back to a boil and cook 5 minutes.

    Add shrimp; bring back to boil and cook until shrimp are bright pink.

    Drain and serve with hot hush puppies.
