- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 poblano chili, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cook onions and sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.

3Drain sausage.

4Mix sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart dish.

5Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
