  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 poblano chili, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Cook onions and sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.

    Drain sausage.

    Mix sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart dish.

    Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
