- 2 pie crusts (comes folded in a box)
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 10 to 12 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. (can) green chillies
- 1/4 c. sliced olives, drained
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.

2Layer with pie crust.

3Brown sausage and green onion and drain.

4Layer sausage and onion on top of pie crust.

5Then layer picante sauce on top of meat and onion.

6Beat eggs, add milk and beat again.

7Then add everything else to milk and egg mixture.

8Pour over sausage.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
