  • 2 pie crusts (comes folded in a box)
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. picante sauce
  • 10 to 12 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. (can) green chillies
  • 1/4 c. sliced olives, drained

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.

    Layer with pie crust.

    Brown sausage and green onion and drain.

    Layer sausage and onion on top of pie crust.

    Then layer picante sauce on top of meat and onion.

    Beat eggs, add milk and beat again.

    Then add everything else to milk and egg mixture.

    Pour over sausage.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
