- 1 large unsliced loaf sandwich bread (order at bakery)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/2 lb. English cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. soft margarine
- salt to taste
- paprika to taste
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Remove crusts of bread and cut into 32 cubes.

2Beat egg yolk and add to cheese.

3Beat with margarine and spices.

4Fold into stiffly beaten egg white.

5Use toothpick to hold cubes on five sides.

6At this point, cubes may be put on a cookie sheet and frozen for up to two weeks.

7Place in a 400° oven and bake until puffy and bubbly.
