   Place sugar and syrup in a pan.

   Stir to combine.

   Cook, stirring constantly, to a boil.

   Take off heat and add peanut butter.

   Mix well.

   Add Special K.

   Stir until coated.

   Press in a 13 x 9-inch buttered pan.
