Frosted Lemonade Punch

  • 4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. sweetened lemonade mix
  • 2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 qt. lemon sherbet
  • 2 (16 oz.) bottles 7-Up

Directions

    In punch bowl, stir cold water into lemonade mix until dissolved.

    Stir in pineapple juice.

    Stir half the sherbet to soften.

    Blend into the lemonade mixture.

    Scoop remaining sherbet on top, resting bottle on rim of bowl, carefully pouring 7-Up. Stir gently.

    Makes 14 cups.
