- 1 lb. smoked liver sausage, softened
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine liver sausage, 1 package cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon mustard.

2Mix until smooth. Pack mixture into a small bowl lined with Saran Wrap or aluminum foil and chill throughout.

3Shape into a ball and remove film or foil; place in center of a serving dish.

4Mix 2 packages cream cheese and remaining mustard into a smooth paste; spread evenly over liver sausage and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and nuts.
