Frosted Meat Loaf

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mashed potato
- 3 - 4 slices bacon crumbled (can use bacon bits)
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix thoroughly 1/2 c. soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and salt.

2Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

3Spoon off excess fat.

4Mix remaining soup with mashed potatoes and frost the meat loaf. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.

5Bake 10 - 15 minutes longer.
