- 1 c. granulated sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Gradually add sugar and salt to beaten egg whites.

2Fold in pecans until they are completely coated.

3Melt margarine on cookie sheet; add coated pecans and spread out.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

5Cool and store in airtight container.
