- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. (stick) butter
- 1 lb. pecans (whole)
Directions

1Melt butter on a cookie sheet.

2Beat egg whites until they are fluffy and form peaks.

3Add sugar to whites.

4Mix eggs and sugar with pecans.

5Make sure all pecans are covered well.

6Toast pecans in melted butter (stirring occasionally) until golden brown for 30 minutes at 325°.

7Remove and place on wax paper until cool.
