- 1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
Directions

1Place fruit and salt in a blender and puree.

2Combine puree with 1/2 cup of finely crushed ice or add ice cubes to the puree in the blender and blend until the cubes are crushed.
