  • 1 orange, peeled and halved
  • dash of salt (optional)
  • 1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered

Directions

    Place fruit and salt in a blender and puree.

    Combine puree with 1/2 cup of finely crushed ice or add ice cubes to the puree in the blender and blend until the cubes are crushed.
