Frozen Brownie Cake

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream
- 70 g white chocolate
- 175 g chocolate cake, crumbled
Directions

1Line a loaf tin with clear film.

2Break 150 gms of the chocolate into a bowl.

3Place over a pan of hot water.

4Stir until melted.

5Use two-thirds of the chocolate to brush inside the tin.

6Chill in the fridge.

7Reserve the remaining chocolate.

8Remove ice-cream from the freezer.

9Allow it to soften for 5 minutes.

10Roughly chop 50gms of unmelted plain chocolate and all the white chocolate.

11Beat ice-cream until smooth but still frozen.

12Stir cake crumbs into ice-cream with the chopped chocolate.

13Spoon into the lined tin until firm.

14Re-melt the reserved chocolate.

15Brush over the top surface of the ice-cream.

16Freeze again.

17Unmould and serve in slices.
