1 Tbsp. vanilla

Cream Cake Layer
Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups corn syrup
24 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cups chocolate sauce (garnish)

Brownie Layer MIX sugar, butter and salt on MEDIUM speed of mixer for 5 minutes until creamy.

Add eggs.

Mix another 5 minutes.

ADD vanilla, walnuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder.

Mix on LOW speed until well blended.

POUR 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) batter into each 9-inch greased and floured springform pan.

Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.

Cool.

POUR 75 mL (1/3 cups) chocolate sauce over each brownie layer.

Cream Cake Layer Beat cream cheese and corn syrup until smooth.

Beat in ice cream at LOW speed.

Pour 1 L (4 cups) mixture over each brownie base.
