  • Frozen Chocolate Brownies
  • From Jackie's Kitchen
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 4 Squares unsweetened Baking Chocolate (I use Baker's).
  • 4 eggs.
  • 2 Cups Sugar gradually.
  • 1 Cup Flour gradually.
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla.
  • 13x9x2 pan.
  • 1 12 ounce package Nestle's Mini Chips.

Directions

    Melt butter with chocolate. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Add flour gradually. Mix well. Add vanilla and cooled chocolate mixture. Mix well.

    Pour into 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle entire package of mini chips evenly over the top. Bake in preheated 325 oven 30-35 minutes until done.

    Cool completely. Cut and pat brownies into paper. Freeze or refrigerate. ENJOY!
