  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Grease mold with butter or oil.

    Beat together the cream cheese, pineapple, strawberries, bananas and pecans.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Put in mold or deep loaf pan and freeze.

    Serves 8 to 10.
