- 1 large banana, diced
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine banana, pineapple and almonds.

2Fold in mayonnaise. Whip cream; fold into fruit mixture.

3Turn into 3-cup refrigerator tray.

4Freeze 4 to 5 hours.

5Remove salad from freezer.

6Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

7Cut salad into cubes.

8If desired, serve on lettuce and top with additional almonds.
