  • 3 cups Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cans (295ml Size) Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 Tablespoon Fruit Fresh
  • 1 can (398ml Size) Crushed Pineapple
  • 12 whole Large Fresh Peaches
  • 2 pounds Fresh Blueberries
  • 4 pounds Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries (optional)

    Note: You will also need 36 six-ounce plastic cups or disposable dessert cups with lids.

    In a very large mixing bowl, stir water, sugar, juice concentrate, fruit fresh, and crushed pineapple until sugars are dissolved.

    Prepare fresh fruits by washing, peeling, pitting and slicing them. Stir everything together gently. Spoon into cups and freeze.

    Store up to 3 months in the freezer. Allow to thaw for 1 or more hours before serving.
