Ingredients

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb.) can Bing cherries, pitted and drained
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 4 drops of red food coloring

Directions

    Mix ingredients lightly and spoon into fluted paper cups set in muffin pan.

    Freeze (cover with plastic wrap) 15 minutes before serving.

    Remove from freezer, peel off paper cups and serve on lettuce leaf.
