Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cartons sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 banana, diced
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and place in cupcake papers in muffin pans and freeze.

    After salads are frozen, they may be removed from muffin pans and stored in plastic bags in freezer.

    Makes 12 salads which are nice to keep on hand for company.

    Remove 30 minutes before serving and serve on lettuce leaves.
