Frozen Fruit Salad

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 (4 1/2 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 medium bananas, diced
  • 1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, sliced
  • 1/2 c. green maraschino cherries, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, whipped topping, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.

    Fold in fruits and nuts. Turn into a slightly greased 4 1/2 cup ring mold or 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Freeze overnight.
