- 1 cup sour cream
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 5 cups fruit
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.

2Mix in fruit.

3Spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.

4Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes.
