  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 5 cups fruit

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.

    Mix in fruit.

    Spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.

    Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined plates.
