Frozen Fruit Salad

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
  • 3 c. nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves

Directions

    Drain and chop fruit.

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted.

    Chill until slightly thickened.

    Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Freeze until firm (approximately 4 hours).

    Unmold and slice.
