- 6 oz. lite cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lo-cal salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple syrup
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. Tokay grapes
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, salad dressing and pineapple syrup; mix well.

2Fold in remaining ingredients.

3Place in paper lined muffin tins and freeze.

4Next day place in freezer bags and return to freezer.

5Thaw for 20 to 30 minutes prior to serving.

6Makes 16 muffins.

7Best made with Tokay grapes but seedless red grapes are okay.
