Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
- whipped topping or whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square pan.

3In small mixer bowl, beat egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.

4Pour into prepared pan.

5Bake 8 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped topping or cream.

6Freeze 4 hours or until firm.

7Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

8Freeze any leftovers.

9(Dessert can be chilled instead of frozen.)
