Frozen Pineapple Pie

- 30 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 (11-inch) graham cracker crusts
- 1 large Cool Whip
Directions

1Slightly drain pineapple and mix together pineapple, Eagle Brand, nuts and lemon juice.

2Fold in Cool Whip.

3Pour into the two pie shells and freeze. Thaw 8 minutes before serving.

4Pies can be kept in freezer for months.
