Frozen Pineapple Pie

  • 30 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 (11-inch) graham cracker crusts
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Directions

    Slightly drain pineapple and mix together pineapple, Eagle Brand, nuts and lemon juice.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Pour into the two pie shells and freeze. Thaw 8 minutes before serving.

    Pies can be kept in freezer for months.
