- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 18 coconut macaroons, crushed
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 pt. sherbet (1 lemon or orange, 1 lime and 1 raspberry)
Directions

1Whip the cream.

2Add sugar and vanilla.

3Fold in crushed macaroons and nuts.

4Spread half of this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Cover with alternate small spoonfuls of sherbet so that some of each color/flavor will be in each serving.

6Top with remaining cream mixture, smoothing out and freeze.

7Serves 10 to 16.
