  • 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions

    Soften cream cheese with 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons cherry juice and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Cut up pineapple and cherries and add to cheese mixture. Whip the cream; fold into mixture. Freeze until firm. Take out of freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften a bit.
