  • 1 container (8 oz.) nonfat tropical fruit or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 4 c. bite-size chunks cantaloupe (from medium melon)
  • 2 c. seedless red or green grapes
  • 1/4 c. sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

    Mix yogurt and orange juice in a large bowl.

    Add melon and grapes and toss gently to mix and coat.

    Spoon into individual dessert dishes and serve or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
