- 12 cup orange juice
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 cup bulgur, uncooked (cracked wheat)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 cup chopped dried fig
- 14 cup chopped dried apricot
- 14 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine water, orange juice, and sugar.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat.

3Add bulgur, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 15 minutes.

4Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.

5Then add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
