  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 cup bulgur, uncooked (cracked wheat)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 cup chopped dried fig
  • 14 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine water, orange juice, and sugar.
