- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. brown sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Chop nuts and dates; mix with coconut, sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla.

2Mix well and add eggs, well beaten. Make into balls the size of walnuts and roll in coarse sugar.

3Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

4Will be sticky.
