- 2 lb. mixed fruit
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 15 oz. box white raisins
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 lb. nuts
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 shredded coconut
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Mix margarine, 3 cups flour, vanilla, water, sugar, eggs and lemon extract to make batter.

2Dredge fruit, nuts, raisins and coconut in 1 cup flour.

3Add to batter mix.

4Put into Bundt pan. Put pan of water in oven on shelf under cake.

5Cook 1 hour at 325°, then remove water from oven.

6Continue to cook cake until knife comes out clean.
