  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 2 c. white raisins
  • 4 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Add beaten eggs and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour batter into 2 brown paper lined and buttered loaf pans. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
