  • 15 spoons sugar
  • 15 spoons flour
  • 15 spoons milk
  • 10 spoons vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 to 3 drops vanilla
  • 1 lb. fruit (berries or plums or peaches), cut in cubes, lightly coated with flour

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour batter in an oven pan after being greased and floured.

    Add the fruits on the top and bake it at 375° to 400° for 1/2 hour.

    Pierce with a toothpick to check doneness.

    Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
