  • 1 lb. butter (Land O Lakes sweet butter)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. flour (plain)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. cherries (candied)
  • 1 lb. pineapple (candied)
  • 4 c. pecans
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

    Save 1 cup of flour to mix with fruit and pecans.

    Mix 1 cup of flour with fruit and pecans.

    Mix all other ingredients together, then pour in with the floured fruit and pecans.

    Pour into greased pan and cook for 3 hours at 250°.
