- 1 lb. prunes (moist)
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 lb. almonds (optional)
- 1 lb. oleo
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 4 lb. chopped fruit
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Dredge fruit in one cup of flour; set aside.

2Cream oleo and sugar and add to beaten eggs.

3Slowly add flour and mix well.

4Add prunes, pecans, almonds, raisins, chopped dates and fruit.

5Stir well and add mace.

6Oil and line pans with wax paper.

7Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 250°.

8For cupcakes, bake 50 minutes.
