  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. candied cherries, cut up
  • 1 c. candied pineapple
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract

    Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 300° for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
