- 1 lb. pineapple
- 1 lb. cherries
- 4 c. pecans, chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cut cherries in fourths and pineapple in small pieces.

2Mix flour with fruits, nuts and vanilla.

3Mix eggs, butter and sugar. Pour over fruit mixture.

4Mix well.

5Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
