- 1/2 lb. oleo or butter, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla (2 of lemon)
- 1/2 lb. green candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. red candied pineapple
- 1/2 lb. each: red and green cherries
- 1 qt. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Place fruit and nuts in large mixing bowl.

2Sprinkle sugar over them.

3Mix well.

4Beat eggs, melted butter and flour together with flavoring.

5Pour over fruit and nuts.

6Mix well.

7Pour in tube pan. Bake for 2 hours at 350°.
