  • 1/2 lb. oleo or butter, melted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla (2 of lemon)
  • 1/2 lb. green candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. red candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. each: red and green cherries
  • 1 qt. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut

    Place fruit and nuts in large mixing bowl.

    Sprinkle sugar over them.

    Mix well.

    Beat eggs, melted butter and flour together with flavoring.

    Pour over fruit and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Pour in tube pan. Bake for 2 hours at 350°.
