  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple (2 c.)
  • 1 lb. candied cherries (2 c.)
  • 4 c. nuts, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon flavor
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor

Directions

    Dredge the nuts and fruit with all the flour and baking powder.

    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.

    Add dredged fruit, nuts and flavoring.
