Ingredients: 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice; 2 c. mixed peel; 2/3 c. sugar; 1 1/4 c. flour; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; 1/4 tsp. cloves; 1/2 c. chopped nuts; 1/2 c. molasses; 3 c. raisins; 1/2 c. butter; 3 eggs; 1/8 tsp. baking soda; 1/4 tsp. allspice; 1 tsp. cinnamon; green or red cherries
