  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

    Add everything else and stir until well mixed.
