Name: Fruit Cake Cookies
Ingredients: 1/2 c butter; 1 c Brown Sugar; 4 eggs; 3 T Sweet milk; 2 t soda; 3 c flour; 2/3 c wine; 1 t cloves; 1 t nutmeg; 1 t cinnamon; 6 cups pecans; 1 lb. white raisins; 1 lb. candied red cherries; 1/2 lb. green pineapple

1 c Brown Sugar
4 eggs
3 T Sweet milk
2 t soda
3 c flour
2/3 c wine
1 t cloves
1 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
6 cups pecans
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. candied red cherries
1/2 lb. green pineapple

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly, add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Alternately add the liquid with the dry ingredients, beginning and ending with flour. Sift 1/4 cup flour over the fruit and nuts. Mix this in dough. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes in 300 degree preheated oven.
