- 1 c. pears
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
Directions

1Drain pineapple. Save 6 tablespoons of juice.

4Add cheese, pineapple, pears and carrots.

5Mix well and place in baking dish. Top with crackers and melted margarine.
