- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 4 c. fruit
- 1 c. sugar (if needed, for fruit)
Directions

1In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt stick of butter, then mix in bowl flour, 2 cups sugar, baking powder and milk.

2Pour over butter in pan, but don't mix together.

3Then in saucepan, put fruit and 1 cup sugar, if needed.

4Heat until hot.

5Then pour over batter mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
