- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. fruit

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Use 1 1/2-quart, 3-inch deep baking dish.

3Melt 1 stick butter in microwave baking dish; add 1 cup sugar, flour and milk.

4Whisk, not too well.

5Pour in a couple cups of fruit in middle.

6(I recommend peaches or blueberries.) Bake 1 hour; serve warm.
